Utility Capital Solutions Board Director Elections
The membership will elect directors to fill two open Class E seats and one open seat Class T seat on the Utility Capital Solutions Board of Directors. Candidate information and mail-in ballots will be sent to each Utility Capital Solutions voting member prior to the event. Class E voting members can only vote for Class E directors and Class T voting members can only vote for Class T directors.
